IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Children are considered to be up to 14 years of age; below this age they must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 3 years old do not need to buy a ticket as long as they do not occupy a seat.
- The resident discount is for RESIDENTS IN THE CANARY ISLANDS.
- It is necessary to be at the ticket office located at Avenida de La Constitución, 11 for the placement of the wristbands at least 20 minutes before the train’s departure (50 meters from the departure point).

Activity: provision of tourist services by means of a tourist train, marketed under the brand Aguaide Trains.
2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
This website allows the purchase of tickets for the tourist experience "La Travesía de Afurgad", which consists of a guided tour on a tourist train with stops and tastings of local products.
3. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY PROCESS
- Tickets are purchased online through the official website.
- After purchase, the customer will receive an email with their ticket.
- Printing is not required: it is sufficient to show it in digital format.
- Access is granted by QR code scanning at the ticket office.
4. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
- Customers must arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure.
- In case of late arrival, if the train has already departed, the right to participate in the activity will be lost with no possibility of a refund.
- The company reserves the right to modify the route or conditions of the service for justified reasons (weather conditions, safety, technical or external incidents).
- There is no minimum number of participants required for the activity to take place.
5. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Date changes
- Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before departure.
- Changes are subject to availability.
- No additional cost will be charged.
