2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This website allows users to purchase tickets for the tourist experience "La Travesía de Afurgad", consisting of a guided tour by tourist train including stops and tastings of local products.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• Tickets are purchased online through the official website.
• After purchase, the customer will receive an email with their ticket.
• It is not necessary to print the ticket; it can be shown digitally.
• Access to the activity is granted by QR code scanning at the ticket office.

4. SERVICE CONDITIONS

• Customers must arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure.
• If the customer arrives late and the train has already departed, the ticket will be forfeited without refund.
• The company reserves the right to modify the route or service conditions due to justified reasons (weather conditions, safety issues, technical problems or external circumstances).
• There is no minimum number of participants required for the activity to take place.

5. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Date changes

• Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before departure.
• Changes are subject to availability.
• No additional cost will be charged.

Customer cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside the allowed timeframe.
• Failure to attend (no-show) implies loss of the ticket without refund.

Company cancellations

In cases such as:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Road closures
• Force majeure
• Any situation affecting safety

The company may:

• Reschedule the activity, or
• Provide a full refund of the ticket price

6. REFUND POLICY

• Refunds will only be issued in the cases described in these conditions.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method.
• Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

7. CONDITIONS FOR MINORS

• Children aged 3 to 14 years qualify for the child rate.
• Children under 3 travel free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat.
• All minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

8. TASTINGS

• All tastings included in the experience are non-alcoholic.
• Products and quantities may vary depending on:
  • Availability
  • Season
  • Operational circumstances

Customers are advised to inform in advance of any allergies or food intolerances.

9. LIABILITY

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.
